Who am I to disagree?

OK so lately I've been catching up on people's journals I haven't read whom I follow, and a lot of them seemed to be about weird dreams (at around the same time, too... O-O0).  I've written down some of my more choice unconscious stories, and I figured I'd re-evaluate them and see what kind of patterns show up, since that's what the other people were doing as well. Very interesting. Turns out that there are quite a few patterns, some of which I didn't expect. ^^0 So here are the common elements of a Robin dream!

1) A Threat: Usually there is some sort of overarching threat in the dream. Either something or someone is trying to kill me, usually a powerful (vague yet menacing lol) organization, or else I am trying to save someone else from being killed (or trapped, as the story calls for it).
2) People I know: Usually my family makes an appearance, sometimes friends do too.
3) People I do not know: They don't even have names. I call them something like "that boy" or "that teacher" (even though there was nothing to indicate they were even a teacher...OMG CONSPIRACY!!! XD).
4) Yugioh: It did not used to be this way, but lately my memorable dreams include at least one character from Yugioh. If they don't, there's usually something else in the dream that I feel is LIKE it could have come from Yugioh. I wonder why~... XD
5) Fictional/Popular Characters: Again, didn't used to be this way, but I've gotten a good mix from a wide range of different sources here. From invisble Dirk/Bro and the Batterwitch, to Pewdiepie, to Tyrrion Lannister, to Zelda! Sometimes my original characters show up too!
6) Location but Not Quite: Half the time the location is one I recognize, at least for part of the dream, but it's ALWAYS seriously altered in some weird way shape or form.
7) Deception and Danger: Those villains just love sneaking around and being sneaky. Catching them out of the corner of your eye, or just when someone you're trying to warn isn't looking. They are very good at what they do. And their traps are also more than meets the eye: sudden sawblades from the floor, hidden snipers (or not so hidden), exploding balloons and bridges that are definitely not built to the proper codes. However, they're not the only ones; I'm usually hiding and sneaking around myself!
8) What Danger?: Speaking of warning people, WHEN YOU TRY TO WARN PEOPLE ABOUT DANGEROUS THINGS IN DREAMS, THEY ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS IGNORE YOU! EVEN WHEN IT'S STARING THEM IN THE FREAKING FACE OH MY GOD!!!!! >_<# SO frustrating!!!
9) A Happy Place: Usually the best or happiest parts are as simple as a bunch of people talking and laughing together.
10) Travel: Drive a car or Move your feet! Dust off those wings! We're going places, and fast!!!

Now for the two that are kind of WEIRD. I don't mean dream-weird, there's plenty of that, that's normal. I mean weird to find in a DREAM!

11) PHYSICS: Friction, Gravity, Surface Tension, etc. The laws of the universe still apply here, for the most part! At least when I remember about them. For example: Trapped under a frozen lake? Trying to get out? Oh, wait! You'd have gotten hypothermia by now! BAM!! Instantly paralyzed by Hypothermia! XD Sometimes physics helps, sometimes it hurts!
12) LOGIC: Going along with #11, my dreams eventually revolve around how LOGICAL I can be amidst all the craziness. Again, it can help and it can hurt. Sometimes the logical conclusion makes things incredibly dangerous and scary, but even more often I am able to use more logic to fix it and get everyone out safely. The best feeling of all is being able to logic your way out of a difficult situation! After all, it's MY dream! :)
